These terms govern the use of webgid.com, the way information is provided, and communications with users.

1. Parties and acceptance

The website webgid.com provides access to its materials and services subject to these Terms. By using the site, you agree to the Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Purpose of the website

The site is informational and helps you get in touch for a consultation. Site materials are not legal advice. Legal services are provided only after terms are agreed and a written contract is signed.

3. Contact and booking

  • Requests via forms, phone or email are handled individually.
  • Consultations and services are provided after confirmation and agreement of terms.
  • All user requests are confidential and are not disclosed without legal grounds.

4. Privacy and data

We follow confidentiality as described in the Privacy Policy. Personal data is not stored longer than necessary to process a request. See the Privacy Policy for details on scope, grounds and retention.

5. Third parties and support

Technical service providers may be used for site operation, such as hosting or message delivery. Data undergoes only automatic technical processing to the extent necessary for the site to function, with confidentiality guarantees. WebGid.com may have limited access to technical data and user messages only until 15.09.2025 for testing and fixing technical issues. After that date, access is fully revoked and any temporary data is deleted.

6. Intellectual property

Texts, logos, graphics and other content are protected by law. Copying or using materials is prohibited without written permission of the site owner.

7. Liability limitations

We strive to maintain correct operation of the site, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation. WebGid.com is not liable for loss or damage caused by third parties, hacking, malware or failures beyond our control.

8. Changes to the site and Terms

Content and these Terms may be updated. The new version is effective upon publication.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes are resolved through negotiations or in courts of Ukraine as provided by law.
