1. Who we are and scope
Data Controllers: Havrylaw.com, lawyer Yaroslav Havryliuk, WebGid.com. This Policy applies to havrylaw.com and related subdomains.

- Contact data: phone, email, messengers.
- Message content and attachments provided at your discretion.
- Technical data: IP address, device or browser type, cookies, analytics events in aggregated form.

- Responding to requests and providing consultations: performance of your request or contractual relations.
- Service communications: legitimate interest and or contract performance.
- Website analytics and service improvement: legitimate interest.

Data is not shared with third parties, except for automatic technical processing by service providers (e.g., message delivery to a messenger) to the extent necessary for website operation, with confidentiality guarantees. WebGid.com may have limited access to technical data and user messages solely until 15.09.2025 (test period) to verify website functionality and fix technical issues. After the test period ends, access is fully revoked and all temporarily obtained data is deleted.

Where providers are located outside Ukraine or the EU, we implement appropriate safeguards: contractual clauses, Standard Contractual Clauses, and technical and organizational measures.
8. Your rights
- Right of access and to obtain a copy of your data.
- Right to rectification of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure within legal limits.
- Right to restrict processing or object to it.
- Right to data portability where applicable.
- Right to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
9. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures such as encrypted connection, access controls, and backups. No method is 100 percent secure. We continuously improve protection and will notify of incidents within a reasonable time.
10. Liability and limitations
Havrylaw.com and WebGid.com are not liable for any loss, damage, or disclosure of data resulting from acts of third parties, hacking, malware, technical failures, network outages, or other circumstances beyond the company’s control.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The new version takes effect upon publication unless stated otherwise.
