MOBILE DEVELOPMENT / WEBGID

Mobile application development

Your service — always within reach.

We build React Native apps for iOS and Android. From user flows and design to development, testing and preparation for release.

An illustrative delivery service interface. Your product’s features are agreed separately.

02 / START WITH THE PURPOSE

When does your business need an app?

When there is a useful action worth coming back for: ordering, booking, managing services or working as a team.

ONE CUSTOMER · REPEATED ACTIONS

Order → receive the result

↓ History and saved details

Return → repeat faster

Less re-entering information. More value every time the app is opened.

When an app makes sense

For regular purchases, loyalty programmes, customer accounts, bookings or internal processes.

When a website is enough

For introductions, enquiries from Google or testing demand, you can start with a responsive website. No installation required.

03 / FROM ACTION TO RESULT

Clear from the first touch.

An illustrative ordering service shows the logic. Every screen helps complete a specific action.

01 / REPEAT ORDER

Your favourites, again

My previous order

Contents and current pricing are available before confirmation.

02 / TRANSPARENT STATUS

Your order is on its way

One status for the customer and the team. We add maps and tracking when the product needs them.

03 / WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG

No connection

An action is not shown as successful until it is confirmed. We explain how to try again.

Push notifications complement the status inside the app. Users may choose not to allow notifications.

04 / TECHNOLOGY

iOS and Android. A shared foundation.

React Native lets us share much of the product’s logic and interface. Platform differences are handled separately.

What we test separately

Navigation, permissions, keyboard, notifications, payments and behaviour on agreed devices and operating system versions.

The second platform requires its own adaptation, testing and build. Its cost is not simply the cost of copying the app.

05 / BEHIND THE SCREEN

An app is part of a system.

Orders, users and statuses need somewhere to live. During estimation, we identify what already works and what needs to be built.

You already have a system

We review the API, documentation, access and limitations. We then estimate the integration.

There is no system yet

The server, database and admin dashboard are a separately agreed scope. They are not automatically included in the app’s starting price.

Payments, maps, SMS, analytics and device features are added as needed. Permissions, service fees and platform rules are considered before implementation.

06 / SCOPE OF WORK

Start with a useful first version.

We define a minimum viable product (MVP): a core task it can already solve, and features for later stages.

EXAMPLE ROADMAP · NOT A FIXED PACKAGE

Version 1.0 · Core journey

Sign in → order → status
+ essential errors and messages

↓ Review actual usage

Future versions

Rewards · recommendations · new integrations
Priorities follow data and real needs.

Agreed before we start

Screens, user roles, integrations, design, supported devices, acceptance criteria and the number of iterations.

Delivered after each stage

The agreed result: designs, source code, builds, instructions and access. Deliverables and handover terms are documented in our agreement.

07 / COST AND TIMELINE

How much does app development cost?

Cost depends on user flows, design and integrations. These are starting estimates; we prepare a precise quote after agreeing the scope.

01 / FIRST PLATFORM

iOS app

from UAH 45,000

From 20 working days

React Native development for an agreed scope. Design, screens and integrations are specified in the estimate.

02 / ADDITIONAL PLATFORM

Android

from UAH 20,000

For the same React Native project: adaptation, testing and preparation of the Android build. The timeline is estimated separately.

This is not a fixed package or a price for any possible app. Timing also depends on materials, access, APIs and approvals. Store review is a separate stage.

One-off additional work

A new backend and admin dashboard, data migration, extra features, content and complex integrations — if needed and not included in the quote.

Recurring costs

Store accounts, server infrastructure, paid services and ongoing support. We clarify the costs and current fees before launch.

08 / FROM IDEA TO RELEASE

A finished build is not a published app.

Development and store preparation are planned as connected but distinct stages.

01 / Scope and estimate

We clarify the audience, user flows and first-version scope. We agree the estimate and dependencies.

02 / Design and development

We approve the prototype, build the screens and integrations, and share progress along the way.

03 / Test version

We check core journeys, errors and behaviour on agreed devices. You review and accept the result.

04 / STORE SUBMISSION

Build + description + screenshots

↓ Submit from the client’s account

App Store / Google Play review

↓ Approval or a request for changes

Publish the agreed version

The store controls the decision and review duration. We agree the scope of responses to review feedback.

05 / Handover and growth

We hand over the agreed materials and access. Bug fixes, support, system updates and new features are scoped separately.

09 / BEFORE WE START

Questions about mobile development

Can we start with one platform?

Yes. The choice depends on your audience. A second platform can be added later; we consider compatibility and the additional budget at the start.

What do you need for an estimate?

Describe the product, its users and the main action. Include preferred platforms, timing, any existing design, and details of your website, CRM or API. If you only have an idea, we start by clarifying the user journeys.

Will the app work offline?

Only for journeys specifically designed for it. Local storage, queued actions and synchronisation require additional logic and testing.

Can you add payments or subscriptions?

Yes, after clarifying what you sell, the countries you operate in and platform rules. Payments for goods, services and digital content may require different solutions.

Who prepares store accounts and materials?

Accounts belong to the client. We agree who provides descriptions, screenshots, data disclosures and required documents. WebGid helps with technical preparation and submission.

How are revisions and support agreed?

We document acceptance criteria and iterations. New features are estimated before work starts. Post-launch response times, fixes and updates are agreed separately.

Will the app attract customers on its own?

Publication does not guarantee downloads or sales. User acquisition, advertising, app store promotion and website SEO are separate tasks.

YOUR IDEA / THE NEXT STEP

Let’s start with the main action.

What should someone be able to do in your app? Tell us about the task — we will define the first version, dependencies and estimation scope.
